Vivaldi --  единственный браузер на планете Земля, который делает opacity:0.5 своему PIP.
Я могу сказать, что вы им не пользуетесь.  И не читаете свой собственный форум , если не понимаете , о чем я говорю.
Вы мне предложили "desktop-feature-requests ".  Я вам могу показать таких  10+  таких "requests", и еще столько же "requests", объединенных с другими "requests". Можно найти "requests" и старше, чем 5 лет.

Я сам предложил конкретный CSS в 1 строку, для решения этой проблемы. Подождем еще 5 лет.
Причем, авторами некоторых этих "requests" даже являются сами модераторы вашего форума, который вы не читаете.

После вашей реализации PIP надо записываться к офтальмологу, и лечить глаза.
(отличный пример дешевой цензуры на вашем канале и вашем форуме. Уже поздно удалять.)

You suggested "desktop-feature-requests " to me.  I can show you 10+ such "requests", and the same number of "requests" combined with other "requests". You can find "requests" older than 5 years.
